The Honor 8 gets the nougat update in February 2017. This was now officially confirmed by Honor UK. We have already looked at the nougat beta for Honor 8 and were satisfied in the first impression. What we can expect from the Android update for Honor 8, you can find here.

The next update for the Honor 8 will bring some significant changes. Hardly another manufacturer has such a tight wire to its comunity as Huawei / Honor and improved according to the wishes of its customers as the Chinese newcomer brand. Accordingly, the updated Honor 8 will have important innovations from February 2017 onwards.

In the beta, we had already been able to test important innovations, which we already know from the test of the top device of the sister brand. The Huawei Mate 9 was already delivered with Android 7 nougat and was used as a hanger for the EMUI 5 interface. Its features:

• Recently released apps (recents) in standard Android style
• Multi Window
• Interactive notifications
